Since its inception in 2021, the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux has made a significant mark on the national rally scene. With champions such as Gino Bux, Fred Caprasse, Julian Wagner, and Tom Heindrichs, this championship reserved for the Opel Corsa Rally4 and Peugeot 208 Rally4 proved to be an incredible breeding ground for young talent, whose success has been confirmed time and again. We are pleased to announce that the ‘Cup’ will be organized by Pole Position once again in 2025, with the support and collaboration of the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium and the promoter of the Belgian Rally Championship.
“Many people have been asking whether the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux will be included in some rounds of the Belgian Rally Championship in 2025,” states Jean-François Elst on behalf of Pole Position. “We can now provide a positive answer! We are in the process of finalizing the technical and sporting regulations, which will be published soon. Additionally, we are actively negotiating with the organizers of the various BRC rounds. While the calendar is not yet fully finalized, we anticipate it will closely resemble the 2024 edition, with five rallies being announced shortly.”
Teams, drivers, and co-drivers are currently finalizing their plans for the upcoming season, and it’s reassuring to know that the Belgian Rally Championship will once again feature a championship for talented young drivers in 2025, as well as for gentlemen drivers who wish to enjoy driving a rally car in a high-quality and pleasant environment.
We would also like to inform you that the RACB will award prizes to the winners of the RC4 class (two tyres and 500 euros per rally) and the Junior BRC champion (10 tyres, a licence for the following season and a training course at the Italian Caneva Rally School!). More often than not, these winners or champions are drivers from the Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup Belux.
