Italy 2 November 2023. The Italian team will star in the legendary American endurance race that will take place on 4 and 5 November with the Italian-origin driver Ralph La Macchia at the wheel of his 2010 Panoz DP 02, he will race the HRS Classic Daytona 24 with the team colours of Angelo Caffi. La Macchia has always carried Italy in his heart even though he is in love with American racing and will compete in the long weekend in Florida in the endurance prototypes category.
The driver of Italian origins has made his dream come true taking part in the legendary American endurance race and has chosen the Italian-based club led by Benedetta Marelli Caffi for the adventure that will take place over 24 hours, in which the different groups of cars and their drivers will race between Saturday at 2pm until Sunday 5 November on the iconic 3.56-mile North American circuit.
