Iberian Supercars Endurance promoter Race Ready is pleased to announce its latest broadcast agreement with one of Portugal’s sports television channels, A BOLA TV.
The eight races that make up the 2023 calendar of the Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade (CPV), six of which are jointly run with the Iberian Supercars Endurance, will be broadcast by the Portuguese sports channel A BOLA TV.
After a successful first season together, Iberian top GT4 and TCR series and Portugal’s most important circuit racing championship take another fundamental step towards its reaffirmation among motorsport lovers in Iberian Peninsula.
With eight 45-minute races scheduled over four events in Portugal and Spain, the Portuguese championship season kicks off on the first weekend of May at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, before visiting the iconic Spanish circuit of Jarama a month later. In early July, GT and Touring Car competition visits the only street circuit on the Iberian Peninsula for another edition of the acclaimed Circuito Internacional de Vila Real. The season concludes on the last weekend of November with the “finalíssimaíssima” at the Autódromo do Estoril.
The championship brings together state-of-the-art GT and Touring cars, with each class using an internationally defined BoP (balance of performance), to guarantee a fairness of pace and ensure a competitive and exciting championship that fills the eyes of the public with dream cars from brands such as McLaren, Aston Martin, Porsche, Mercedes or BMW.
