Race Ready, in partnership with SRO Motorsport Group, keeps building up the GT4 South European Series, and signed deals to broadcast in Portugal and Spain this season’s events.
The new racing series that will visit Portugal, Spain and France on its debut season spends a considerable amount of effort on media exposure, and a strong TV broadcast was planned from the start.
In this way the organization intends to take the GT4 racing emotions to the Iberian Peninsula’s fans in order to create a larger fanbase, and to allow teams and drivers to offer the necessary tools for its commercial partners certainty and visibility.
The TV broadcast will also allow the racing fans to follow the events, even when they can’t go to the racetracks, cheering for their favourite teams and drivers during the season in a concept that puts face-to-face teams from diverse countries, such as Portugal, Spain, France or England, battling with supercars from prestigious brands as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Aston Martin, Ginetta, Audi or Porsche, etc.
Following weeks of negotiations, the GT4 South European Series organization have reached a deal with a Porto Canal, from Portugal, and Teledeporte, from Spain.
For Diogo Ferrão, Race Ready’s CEO, this is a valuable package for the GT4 South European Series: “Since the beginning of this project that we wanted to have our races broadcasted on TV as we considered it as an important step to give our drivers and teams a greater media exposure. At same time we wanted to give to the racing fans the opportunity to follow the series. Our goal was to find a solution that would reach the maximum people possible, and with Porto Canal and Teledeporte we’ve achieved that”.
The series promoted by Race Ready in partnership with SRO Motorsports Group will kick off at Nogaro, in the Coupe de Pâques, at April 19th-22nd, and will visit four other circuits – at Circuito del Jarama, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Autódromo Internacional do Algarve and Circuito do Estoril. In addition, a “Special Cup” will be held at the Vila Real street circuit.
The GT4 South European Series’ races will be TV broadcasted in Portugal by Porto Canal and Spain by Teledeporte and will be broadcasted in its Youtube Channel for the rest of the world.
