Vicenza / Treviso (Italy), September 1, 2021. The engines of GT4 European Series and of Trivellato Racing by Villorba Corse are ready to roar again at the Nurburgring for the fifth round of the season, to be held on September 3-5. After the summer break in August, the team led by Raimondo Amadio, born from the partnership of two of the most prestigious Italian motorsport brands, will line up the #70 Mercedes-AMG GT4 for a very young crew formed by Jamie Caroline and Jean Luc D’Auria. The British GT4 champion and the Swiss driver, both at their first season in the international series promoted by SRO, come from last month’s brilliant result of Spa, where they took a very convincing top-5 in race 1 after a thrilling comeback.
Next weekend in Germany track activity for the GT4 European Series gets underway on Friday at 09:40with the first free practice session at 09:40, followed by a second session at 13:50. Qualifying for the two races is scheduled for Saturday at 11:55 and will be shown live on the GTWorld YouTube channel as well as the GT4 European
Team principal Amadio says: “As Villorba Corse we get back at the Nurburgring after several years. It is always a place where you can feel the magic of both history and its atmosphere.
