Treviso (Italy), March 29, 2017. Scuderia Villorba Corse is set to start the second season in the GT4 European Series from the first round of the Northern Cup to be held at the Misano World Circuit on April 1-2. After clinching third place in 2016 team standings, Italian team starts this new season in the SRO Motorsports Group promoted championship with a reinforced line-up of four Maserati Gran Turismo MC in GT4 specs. Under the aegis of the House of the Trident, the squad led by Raimondo Amadio will make its 2017 debut with four crews formed by Giuseppe Fascicolo / Romy Dall’Antonia, Paolo Meloni / Massimiliano Tresoldi, Piotr and his son Antoni Chodzen and Manuela Gostner, who, racing alone, will be the first woman driver to race on track for the team. A record-breaking grid of 33 GT4 cars will take part in the opening round of the GT4 European Series Northern Cup at Misano, which to Villorba Corse represents also the home round of the series. Action starts on Friday afternoon (2.15 pm) with the first free practice, followed by the second practice session at 6.20 pm. Qualifying will take place on Saturday afternoon at 3.55 pm, with the start of Race 1 at 10 pm. Race 2 will get underway at 2.55 pm on Sunday afternoon. Both races will be streamed live on
